At Hi-Tech Isolutions, we’re committed to delivering your electrical and tech products quickly, safely, and reliably, right to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle delivery in the UK.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods (sales, holidays), please allow additional processing time.
We offer standard delivery across the UK, with free shipping on qualifying orders:

Please note: Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.
Some products may take slightly longer to dispatch due to special handling or storage requirements. This applies to items such as:
Large appliances
Smart home devices
Fragile electronics
If your order includes one of these items, we’ll notify you with updated delivery timelines via email.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
A tracking number
A link to monitor your shipment status in real time
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
A valid signature is required upon delivery. Responsibility for the products transfers to you at this point.
Inspect all items before signing. If visible damage is present or if the driver cannot wait for inspection, please refuse delivery.
All signatures must be legible. Signing for the product means it is received in good condition unless otherwise noted.
We offer both standard and room-of-choice delivery options:
Standard Delivery (Kerbside)
The item will be delivered to the nearest access point outside your home (e.g. driveway, front door).
In-Room Delivery (Ground Floor Only)
On request, we can deliver to your ground floor room of choice. Please note:
We do not carry large or heavy products upstairs.
Lifting is at the delivery driver’s discretion and limited to in-room ground floor only.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Northern Ireland
Isle of Man
Channel Islands
BFPO addresses
Upon receiving your order:
Inspect the outside of the package and contents immediately.
If damage is visible, refuse delivery.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please take clear photos of:
The outer packaging
Inner packaging
Shipping label
Damaged items
Send all images to sales@hi-techisolutions.com within 4 days of delivery.
Prompt reporting allows us to process claims with carriers, though your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a delivery attempt fails and the item is returned to us, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Additional storage or redelivery fees may apply if:
You do not collect the parcel
You do not respond to re-delivery contact attempts
To ensure smooth delivery, please inform us in advance of any special delivery requirements:
Stairs or narrow entryways
Gated access or restricted roads
Soft or uneven pathways
Please email any relevant details to sales@hi-techisolutions.com. If delivery is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, the driver reserves the right to decline the delivery. In such cases, a redelivery charge may apply.
